Bitlocker disabled

Make sure Bitlocker is disabled. Windows search > Bitlocker management > Turn off Bitlocker MAKE SURE TO CHECK THIS BEFORE DISABLING SECURE BOOT

In BIOS disable: Secure boot Fast boot TPM Intel Virtualization Technology Or SVM Mode for AMD (Search on how to do this for your motherboard each manufacturer is different)

Account Control

Download loader from tutorial > right click > Winrar > Extract to (filename)
