Loader not opening

#1 First, check to make sure you have installed the prerequisites required.

#2 Make sure you are opening the loader as administrator.

COMMON PROGRAMS THAT CAN CAUSE THE LOADER TO CLOSE:

  • Lunar Client (Minecraft client with anti-cheat and handle scanners)

  • Crusader (cheat-related or handle scanner tools)

  • Overwolf (used for overlays in games)

  • Parsec

  • Rainmeter

  • Wallpaper Engine (can conflict depending on usage)

  • RTSS (Rivatuner Statistics Server)

  • Process Hacker

  • Process Explorer

  • Cheat Engine (even if not used),

  • ReClass, Scylla, Ghidra, x64dbg, IDA Free, etc. (debugging tools)

  • Sandboxie (sandbox tool)

  • Any software with process scanning, handle opening, debuggers, or overlay

Connection error with loader

If you opened the website and got an error, it means the website cannot communicate with the loader.

TO SEE THE EXACT ERROR:

  • Right-click anywhere on the webpage.,

  • Click “Inspect”.,

  • Go to the “Console” tab.,

  • You’ll see the detailed error there.

MOST COMMON REASON FOR THIS ERROR:

The loader crashed (closed itself) and you didn’t notice.

The website requires the loader to be OPEN in order to work.

HOW TO CHECK IF THE LOADER IS STILL OPEN:

  1. Press:

CTRL + SHIFT + ESC (this opens Task Manager).

  1. Go to the “Processes” tab.,

  2. Look for the loader name (example: Loader.exe or the name it shows there).

You must open the loader again.

  1. IF IT IS NOT in the list, it means the loader crashed/closed.

  2. IF IT IS IN the list, then something is BLOCKING the connection between the loader and the website.

WHAT CAN BLOCK THE CONNECTION?

Check if you have any of the following active:

AdBlock or any ad blocker VPN on your browser VPN running on your PC (software) Proxy set on your browser Proxy configured in Windows Browsers with built-in protection (like Brave, Opera VPN, Avast browser, etc.) Security or privacy extensions blocking local connections

All of these will block the connection between the website and the loader.

SOLUTION (DO THIS):

  • Disable any AdBlock, VPN, Proxy, or Security Extension

  • Use a clean browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, without VPN or extensions).

  • Open the loader normally.

  • Wait for the website to open automatically.

  • Login and use normally.

IMPORTANT TIP:

Every time you open the loader, it generates a UNIQUE URL.,

That URL is ONLY for you, and ONLY works while the loader is open. If you close the loader and try to use the same URL, it won’t work.

If it still doesn’t work, take a screenshot of the browser Console and send it to support. We will check exactly what the problem is.
